Feature Request: Add an `--enable-all` option to enable upload, compression, mkdir, pastebin, rm files

It'd be helpful if there was a quick way to enable all the extra features (e.g., upload, compression, mkdir, pastebin, rm files).

When served on a secure, local network, I want all these great things to be available simply instead of having to read the docs each time I need them.
