[Android] Feature Request: Customizable Bottom Navigation Bar Layout

Problem Statement

​The bottom navigation bar in the Android application currently uses a fixed set of tabs (Today, Planner, Add Button, Project Notes, Issue Provider Panel). For users who do not heavily utilize the issue provider panel or notes while on mobile, this prime screen real estate goes underutilized, while other helpful views require extra navigation steps.

Possible Solution

Introduce configuration settings to customize or reorder the slots on the mobile bottom navigation bar. Specifically, it would be incredibly helpful to allow users to toggle off less-used tabs (like the issue provider panel or project notes) and replace them with more universally applicable views, such as the Boards view.
