Task Panel button hit-box is too narrow

Current Behavior

The task panel's close button has a hit-box that is half the size of the button:

Expected Behavior

Button hit-box should match or exceed the button's visible size for easy usage

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to any task
2. Open it's task panel or hit the I key
3. Try the close the task panel with the mouse
