Custom print dialog

Custom print dialog instead of the system one.

• Page range as radios + always-visible text box: All / Odd / Even / Selected (e.g. 2,3,12-18). Not a Firefox-style dropdown
• Auto-rotation option next to Rotate printout
• Per-page rotation in the selected-pages box, e.g. 2rrr,3,12-18rr (r = +90°)
• Remember dialog size
• Remember print settings per document (optional: per folder, “use last saved”, named profiles)
• Show extra / More settings in the main dialog (columns beside the preview); preview must follow n-up and the rest. N-up fill direction: 2-up [1 2] vs [2 1]; 4-up row vs column
• Zoom, alignment, centering, margins; paper-size frame showing the printer’s non-printable area
• Print using the system dialog (Firefox-style), to reach printer-driver profiles (e.g. HP)
