[Feature Request] Generate Burnt-in Subtitles for Selected Lines

This is a request to bring back the "Generate video with burned-in subtitles for selected lines" right-click option from SubtitleEdit 4.x (or to improve upon it).

Currently in SE 5+, the "generate burned-in subtitles" tool is accessed from the header menus, and requires you to set the times to cut manually. Making a lot of short clips for specific lines is much, much harder this way. Having parity with SE4 and adding back the right-click menu would be helpful.

An even better option would be to include a burned-in subtitles option for the "Selected Lines > Cut video..." menu. This way, users would have the added benefit of being able to add burned-in subs to multiple merged cuts from the video. The downside is you'd need to add some formatting choices to that menu.

If there is already a way to do this in SE5, I apologize. I couldn't find any reference to this issue elsewhere.
