Be able to start browser with XDM Browser Monitoring disabled

Description

I only activate XDM Browser Monitor when i want to download something and everytime i start firefox a have to click on XDM Browser Monitor icon and unselect browser monitoring. I do have the addon enabled but i would like to be able to start the browser with monitoring disabled as a privacy option.
