Not working in Safari 8.0.8 (10600.8.9)

http://stuk.github.io/jszip/ example on Safari 8.0.8 (Yosemite 10.10.5) opens a new blank window, does now prompt to download.

FileSaver api example on this page does not work, however the "Data URL" method does cause a download.

This page http://stuk.github.io/jszip/documentation/examples/downloader.html does not do a download at all, but also does not throw a new blank window.
