[Feature]: Release a Stremio Player standalone app for AndroidTV

Feature Description

Because Stremio exo player it's amazing and has an amazing AFR and can also enable Resolution matching which is something that none of the exo/Media3 based player has.

Just (video) Player folks just refuse to add anything.

there are some who build players around exo/media3 but they lack both AFR and resolution Matching.

RIght now Stremio is the only app that has it (maybe Nuvio, but that's not the point).

A standalone player could be used in many circumstances as an external players letting other apps the job for LAN/SMB/UPNP.

Resolution matching it's something that doesn't let the box/stick perform the upscale but let it handle to the TV. Kodi has it but AFR is sometimes wonky
