Changing port for Streama on Windows

I have saved the application.yml file to change the port but it doesnt
Expected Behaviour
It should run on port 80 and the port should be listed as 'open' on OpenPortChecker
Actual Behaviour
it doesnt run on port 80 but runs on 8080
Environment Information
- Operating System: Windows 10
- Streama version: TODO
