[Feature Request]: Make the installed Stirling-PDF version clearly visible in the Desktop application

Feature Description

I would like Stirling-PDF to clearly display the currently installed application version.

The version should be easy to find, for example in:

• Settings
• About
• Help → About Stirling-PDF
• Or another clearly visible location

For example:

Installed version: 2.x.x Latest version: 2.x.x

Why is this feature valuable?

Currently, it is not immediately obvious to a user which exact version of Stirling-PDF is installed.

Knowing the exact version is important when:

• Reporting bugs
• Asking for support
• Checking whether a feature is available
• Comparing behavior between releases
• Determining whether an update is necessary

A clear version number would make troubleshooting and support significantly easier.

Suggested Implementation

Add an "About Stirling-PDF" section containing:

• Installed version
• Build/release information if applicable
• Link to the current release notes
• Option to check for updates

If an update is available, the UI could show both the installed and latest versions.

Additional Information

Ideally, the version should also be easy to copy when creating a bug report.
