[BUG] DeckyLoader store/settings are blank in latest Steam Beta Client

Bug Report Description

Trying to open DeckyLoader's settings or store just shows a blank screen after the Steam Beta Client update today. My only plugin (MoonDeck) is showing, but its settings don't load, and it's shortcut buttons are missing.

I've tried both the stable and preview channels (via Desktop mode) although I'm guessing both are currently v3.2.8 anyway.

Expected Behaviour

DeckyLoader settings/store should display.
