[Request] Plugin installation & removal via CLI (or scripting) instead of graphical interface

Feature Request Description

Hello and thank you for your work!

I'd like to install plugins via CLI instead of UI as I prefer to automate stuff and click less UI buttons if possible.

Further Description

Plugins I use distribute mostly in .zip archives so I have scripts that at least download new versions automatically from github on host machine. My perfect flow is to trigger a script to download a plugin (done) and immediately install it via CLI (not done).

If this is not planned or not needed by core product, maybe you can provide some guidance on how would that be done in the context of Decky itself (by using your APIs)? If not by Decky API, I'm ok with bash too and if the whole plugin installation is just a matter of placing files in specific directories, I'd take that too.
