[Questions and Support] PROCESS_COUNT option

While old, python-based, sensor is deleted in https://github.com/stamparm/maltrail/commit/fe2965e1a9e04491fc2d3e0274df033b394b1426 (/old) -- is the presence of PROCESS_COUNT option correct or orphan?

Or, it is for 2.1 release compability?
