[Feature]: Run as Admin

Problem or use case

When I open a new tab and run the Agent, it does not run with Administrator privileges (elevated). As a result, the Agent does not have the required permissions to perform its tasks.

Proposed solution

New tab should should have the option to be open as Administrator privileges (elevated)
