cannot ssh to server after sshuttle connection

Thanks for your great work of shuttle! I'm recently trying to use it, I can redirect all network traffic with sshuttle -r user@server 0/0, but after that, I cannot ssh user@server anymore, I believe there are some options for this, but I haven't found yet, could you pls help?
