Add an option to always display on primary monitor

Problem Description

Hi,

I am really enjoying using EverythingToolbar for more than months now.

Currently, when opened with a keyboard shortcut, ET appears on the monitor where the mouse cursor is located. However, this is pretty inconsistent with the start menu displaying always on the primary monitor. Also, ET shows this behavior even when the taskbar on other monitors are disabled, which is weird. Besides, I have a specific issue that, I want ET to show results in a wide window, however, when it happens to appear on my second monitor, which is placed vertically with low res in width, the width of the ET window shrinks thereafter.

Proposed Solution

This could be easily avoided if there was an option to make it always appear on the primary monitor. Can you do that? I would really be happy.
