[Bug]: Difficult to download for Windows 11

There are no instructions for how to download within Windows 11 anywhere within the repo

To Reproduce

1. Go to repo
2. Go to download instructions
3. No download option for Windows

Expected behavior

Please create instructions for how to download in Windows 11.
