Runtime compatibility with JPA 4.0 M7 and corresponding Hibernate 8.0 snapshots

Following up on #36784, we need to support several new callbacks on PersistenceUnitInfo for runtime compatibility with JPA 4.0 M7 and the latest Hibernate 8.0 snapshots.

For 7.0.10, it should be sufficient to just provide behavior equivalent to JPA 3.2 / Hibernate 7.x which allows for running existing Spring Framework 7.0.x setups against Hibernate 8.0 at runtime. We'll track dedicated package and module descriptor support for JPA 4.0 in a separate issue for 7.1.
