Pickup Points delivery method support

An extendable pickup-point delivery provider method allowing customers to choose pickup points at checkout as an alternative to standard delivery or picking up at a store.

Our reference implementation will probably use the inPost lockers API, but the architecture is open and will allow connect other providers like DHL, Amazon, etc.

We will provide a universal API to get the list of nearby pickup points during checkout based on the customer's geolocation.
