Start downloading a playlist at a specific point in the playlist, ie 5000/8000

Hello,

I was wondering if it would be possible to download a playlist, but not need to rescan the playlist each time for songs I have matching.

I am trying to download a playlist that is 8000 songs long, and I have 5000 of them. Something like spotdl [playlist-url] -startat 5000

If I run the cmd spotdl [playlist-url], it will rescan my entire folder, and usually hit a max spotify api requests, but I already know the first 5000 songs are matching and already downloaded.
