[Bug Report] ReplayGain analysis restarts if a single download in the track list fails (and then restarts)

Problem

If the download of a track that failed is restarted, the ReplayGain analysis will be performed again on all tracks.

Steps.

1. Add a playlist/album/artist
2. One track failed to download
3. Wait for the other downloads to finish
4. ReplayGain analysis is performed on all downloaded tracks
5. Restart the download of the track that failed
6. ReplayGain analysis is performed again on all track

"ReplayGain Mode" option set to "Track".
