[Bug Report] "The server is taking a scheduled short break" but I use local instance of Qobuz

Problem

I've set up a specific Qobuz instance, but the app doesn't always use it; sometimes it stops downloading to pause with message "The server is taking a scheduled short break", even though it shouldn't.
