Document component architecture for MPT v2

Issue Summary:

The workflow for publishing and managing pipeline templates v2 encompasses multiple services. Services such as Sponnet, Spin CLI, and Spinnaker's microservices can be involved in a template's lifecycle. The existing documentation on the practical usage of templates can be enhanced by providing a diagram of the component architecture.
