Pairing crash: Unexpected Application Error!

• I've checked for other issues, and none exist.

Issue description

When I pair 2 Spacedrive v2.0.0-alpha.2 instances running in separate macOS 26 VMs (Apple silicon), the application crashes simultaneously on both sides after clicking "Join". I filled in the PAIRING CODE and the NODE ID. After starting Spacedrive again in both VMs, they seem to be paired (they exchanged info regarding name) but appear Offline.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create macOS VM in UTM with Shared Network
2. Clone initial VM for a second VM (change MAC address)
3. Install Spacedrive v2.0.0-alpha.2 in both VMs
4. Pair
5. Crash
6. Start Spacedrive again
7. Devices paired, but can't sync due to "Device is offline" status
