Any way to mimic default Win 11 cleartype?

Any way to mimic default Win 11 cleartype presentation as like a stock win install, but only with a specific PixelLayout parameter to fix the color fringing?

Not sure which settings I'd have to use. Maybe any insight?

By default, Cleartype on desktop/gdi apps look really sharp and thin.
