Corrupted Lato font hinting on Magewell in Firefox

The webfont in question is Lato-Regular.zip. It renders normally in Notepad++ and Windows font preview, and the website renders normally in Vivaldi with MacType enabled.

The extratype preset claims to have no hinting in the MacType Tuner, but this appears to be a hinting bug in Firefox (not 100% sure but looks like it to me).
