Auto-select models for each task

The ralph skill has all the information to add an extra field with the "reasoning" level required for that task. That can be used in the ralph.sh script to select the correct model for each tasks. This will improve important tasks (integration or e2e tests) and have cost efficient results for trivial tasks (like project inital boostrap)
