Poetry Install is not working

Python 3.12.0 Poetry (version 2.1.3)

poetry install

The Poetry configuration is invalid:
  - project must contain ['name'] properties
  - 

Also i dont see much activity in this project and no contribution since last 2 years, is there any other similar project.
