Can i sync embedded subtitles with the audio track?

https://github.com/smacke/ffsubsync/issues/79 allows embedded sub to be used as a reference track to sync an external sub. I want to sync an embedded sub with the audio itself. Is there a way?
Really looking forward to contributing to this soon.
