claude code sessions can not display model in use properly

I'm using claude-fable-5-1 but the UI displays i'm using sonnet-5. Plus, I can not select fable5.1 model via UI , can only manually set it by using /model claude-fable-5-1 .

Please check the model display system, grab the real model in use , and properly display it
