Describe the bug or question The examples page initially returns a 404 before rendering the examples page.

To Reproduce

• Open a browser window to https://single-spa.js.org/docs/examples.html.
• Open the developer panel network log.
• Reload the page.

Expected behavior No 404's.

Additional context

• I was not able to reproduce this issue on other pages that I tried
• You can notice this issue organically by paying attention to the page title showing "Page not found". It has hard to catch on a fast connection, so this was recorded on a throttled connection.
