Window size/area determined wrong if line wrapping is enabled

I'm not sure if the title is correct for this bug, but you can see from the screenshot below what happens. I have line wrap enabled and the last line shown is 35. But my cursor is in line 42. If I continue to line 53 the window updates so that the last line displayed is 36.
