Mailbox email address verification improvement

Current State: Currently SL requires a user to be logged into SL in order to verify the email address of a new mailbox. And SL promotes that a mailbox may be an email address that belongs to you, or "your friend's email".

Discussion: The SL account owner was already logged into SL to create the mailbox, and there is a 15 minute timeout for the request. Just the receipt of the verification request email, and clicking on the link to verify the email address should be enough to complete the mailbox verification process.

Request: Remove the additional step to log into SL in order to complete the mailbox email address verification.

Reason: It does not add additional security. In fact, it reduces security, because in order to verify the email address of your friend, you must have your friend log into your SL account.
