Screen Share Not Working on Windows

Using a supported version?

• I have searched open and closed issues for duplicates.
• I am using Signal-Desktop as provided by the Signal team, not a 3rd-party package.

Overall summary

Screen Share button is completely unresponsive during a call. When clicked the error messages from the screenshot are logged to the terminal, but no traditional error messages occur.

Steps to reproduce

1. Start a call
2. Click Screen Share button
3. Nothing ️️

Expected result

Screen Share target selection should appear.

Actual result

Button has no response.
