Cursor highlight

Whilst the cursor highlight is a welcome addition, it seems a bit limited. It's either on or off throughout the whole timeline, while other options have active areas that can be set, and it wanders away from its set position apparently randomly. not being able to turn it on and off at specific times seems a strange omission.
