How to update new model 2023 weights and build the library

Hii can you please provide the steps or help for updating new model weight and building the face detection library. i am mainly talking bout weights in libfacedetection/src/facedetectcnn-data.cpp are those in accordance to the new onnx model file given in opencv zoo ????
