Why no forward and backward seek buttons

in controlPanelElements why there is no option of seek backward and forward buttons like 5 sec, 10 sec, 30 sec or 1 min any of it

it have none

it will help users a lot, we are at v5.2.9 and still those seek forward backward buttons are missing and for long videos it becomes very tough to seek just small segment if we dont want to use keyboard
