Description
According to @red-prig at https://github.com/shadps4-emu/shadPS4/issues/4980#issuecomment-5619943293, this implementation is not yet complete; ELF file format validation needs to be integrated into the Launcher interface, as reported at https://github.com/shadps4-emu/shadps4-qtlauncher/issues/438.
