Manjaro Gnome ss-qt5 didn't use gfw pac file

ss-qt is working pretty well when my network proxy is set to be manual. Like this:

But if I switch to option to automatic, that is, configuration through a pac file, which I am sure that it is correct because it worked all right before. Like this:

This issue seemed to suddenly come one day and I have one idea how to fix it. Any idea? Many thanks in advance!!!
