Unscrollable element and "navbar is not defined" in leetcode.com

Describe the bug: This does not seem to affect the usability of the site in any way, however there is a terminal alert for No valid entry type provided to observe(). and navbar is not defined which I have not seen in previous issues.

Also on the page is an interactive element with a bar that is unable to scroll which I havent been able to reduce for now, it seems to be JS related not just in the HTML itself
