Request: Permission to Digitally Sign Serilog Dlls acquired from the NuGet Package

My team and I utilize Serilog for logging in a redistributed application. The binaries available in the NuGet Package are not digitally signed. I completely understand that digitally signing is cost prohibitive for an Open Source Project. Commerical Software with Audit requirements and certifications is a different story. As required our company digitally signs all of the software components we produce and redistribute.

Per the Apache 2.0 license there does not appear to be any issue with Signing the binaries as no modification of the complied code or Copyright notices occurs. That said, I would prefer your explicit permission to do so before signing and redistributing these components.

Question: Can consumers have permission to Digitally Sign your Dll's with their own Signing Certificate for redistribution?
