Official dark theme

Exporting defaultTheme and classicTheme is a really useful way for developers to extend/tweak styles of Evergreen components in their app.

I would love for Evergreen to export a darkTheme. It's a bit difficult for the onus to be on developers to know which colors / appearances / baseStyle to edit on each component in order to achieve a basic dark mode for their apps.
