Override Request - Title first normalized character.

Description

My library is broken down by the Title's first normalized character in the Title.

A Million Ways to Die in the West = Million Ways to Die in the West, A

Each Root Folder is characterized by this letter, and if a number is the Title the same as the first Root.

Desired Behavior

Allow the Override rule to take the normalized title and then allow the selection of the Root folder based on the character, hopefully as a group of letters.
