Any way to have AutoTDP on laptops?

I have a ROG Flow Z13 and G-Helper works fantastically! Thank you so much.

But I am looking for some sort of Auto TDP because sometimes, even if I limit the FPS on AMD Adrenalin, it doesn't seem to save power.

I saw that there is a discussion and a PR #2151 about it, but it seems that it isn't being actively worked on. I also saw in a video that this feature works great on handhelds like the ROG Ally, so I am asking: is there any way for this to work on laptops too, or is there a hardware limitation preventing it?

I want to have the same kind of AutoTDP feature that ghelper have on handhelds like rog ally.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I tried looking into other programs, like Winhanced, that seem to do exactly what I am asking. However, it might conflict with G-Helper because both would be controlling the TDP, and I don't want that.
