Ghelper Eco mode causing issues with modern standby

What's wrong?

when using the ghelper eco mode exclusively. Once i reboot the laptop, if we check device manager the Dgpu drivers report an error. This error prevents the laptop from going to the deepest sleep state of modern standby and thus drain battery very quickly in sleep mode. A very easy solution i found was to refresh the drivers in the device manager tab, which make the bad drivers detect that dgpu is off and make them disappear.

I believe the new version of gphelper broke that in the sense that it does not refresh the drivers or maybe an update. i do not know when this started happening.

Also i mentioned in a prevent post from many month ago that the discharging indicator was very slow to update the pc discharge rate and now it seems to have been fixed ( A windows update maybe i am not sure )

How to reproduce the bug?

restart the laptop while in eco mode set the laptop to sleep for 10min generate a sleep study report and see that the sleep record is highlighted in red (overconsumption of battery) due to PCI express root port being active 99% of the time Go to device manager and click refresh drivers repeat the sleep experiment now sleep record is in green and nothing was active
