apt package with same name

I was trying to install opendrop and typed sudo apt install opendrop. Suprisingly, it actually started installing something. This was a different software and I think that could be misleading because this project's readme doesnt say anything about an apt package.

Is it possible to update the read me to mention that the opendrop package is for a different software?
