seaweedfs - provide support for encrypted access keys and secrets

Right now the identity file for storing access keys and secret keys is stored inside a file where any one can enter in container and get the access keys/secret keys , and then steal or corrupt the data. We need a way where in either the keys are stored in encrypted format or if seaweedfs can read it from vault. It is applicable for swfs operator as well
