Minimal example and thank you!

Hi folks, I had a bit of a crash landing today when I found out MinIO is all corporate and Docker/Quay images are gone. Until I found out about SeaweedFS and replicated our used case (a simple synthetic S3 storage layer, that was previously built with MinIO) using it, which works beautifully, so THANK YOU!!
