corrupted files appeared in the virtual disk

After using the index separation command to mount the disk with winfsp mounting with the weed command, a lot of old directory layers with lots of corrupted files appeared in the virtual disk, suspected to be an issue with index rebuilding.

Even after all the directories and indexes on the path are cleared, corrupted files can still appear on the virtual disk (if it's a completely unused directory, this doesn't happen, but it does if the directory has been used before).
