Bing engine: "no results"

Bing most of the time does not provide any search results. You can see in the searx engine stats that Bing does not work for any instance: https://searx.space/. When you go on an instance where Bing supposedly works, it does not provide any search results, only if you retry and retry and retry again.

I propose to remove this engine as it rarely works and searx core does not maintain it at this moment.
